Return Process

  Log into your Westside account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags intact and include the printed packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partners to collect your package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any Westside store location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
